Greatly enjoyed to be here, the hotel was clean and appealing, the location was great sure to say hi to Juan who works at the gift shop. I had reasonably priced room with a tv with the right cables.

I was here for 2 nights and ate at in-house restaurant with a varied menu. Nice decor, climate control, a vending machine, and free WiFi.

It had all needed for celebrating birthday in Gurnee. The breakfast is above average and freshly cooked with bacon and yogurt, there’s an option for each taste.

Everything is great here, had a really great stay for family fun weekend. The room is spotlessly clean and updated and essentials you need, including a ceiling fan, a balcony, and a couch, is right there. The location is favourable, enough to do in the park. Visit Starbucks for some desserts, especially when it's hot outside, my personal advice.

The hotel was well-kept and well-maintained with responsive people from the venue guest agent to the housekeepers. I had good food for breakfast on our way home. The atmosphere created was family. The pool was clean and I had alcoholic drinks in the snack bar.

great stay in gurnee. clean rooms, comfy bed. kids enjoyed the water park, arcade, and other entertainment. convenient food options on site. felt safe and well attended to.

The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The rooms on the main level are a great feature, especially for families with young children or guests who prefer not to use stairs. Additionally, the whirlpool jacuzzi in some rooms adds a touch of luxury and relaxation to the stay.

It was as expected, had a real good stay for 2 nights over Christmas Vacation. The place was reasonably clean with a nice design and well-trained staff.

Impeccably clean hotel, and the staff were so supportive, location was magnificent in pretty much everything there. Stayed at an a nice size room with a sleeper sofa, ample storage and 2 baths. The snack bar was superb!

The water park and arcade are open before and after the pool area. Great for kids. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Comfortable bed. Lots to do.
